Master of Business Administration

The mission of the College of Business and Public Management is to provide online undergraduate and graduate students with a broad-based management education that emphasizes the application of theory to management practice and builds conceptual skills and core values needed to become effective leaders and managers in today's changing global business environment. The MBA for Experienced Professionals is designed for adult professionals with a minimum of three years experience and an undergraduate degree in any major. The broad-based management curriculum is designed to enhance the development of effective future business leaders. The required MBA core courses address these competencies and develop an increased understanding of the role of professional managers and their responsibilities within the firm and society in our global economy. The innovative design of the MBA curriculum integrates management theory with real world applications. Graduates of the MBA program have solid interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills which they incorporate in diverse business environments. The total degree requirements for this MBA are 33-48 units.
