Saint Leo's online Master of Business Administration program is a general track with classes held online and is designed to meet the needs of working adults. Students attend class during six 8-week semesters. The courses in the program help students expand their professional competencies within and beyond the classroom, emphasizing managerial skills in addition to technical know-how. The curriculum is designed to yield an understanding of business principles, the ability to utilize decision processes, a knowledge of functional operations, and the ability to work effectively in today's ever changing business environment. Courses include Professional Development, Organizational Behavior, The Legal Environment of Business, Managerial Economics, Marketing, Entrepeneurship and more for a total of 36 semester hours. In keeping with Saint Leo's commitment to personalized attention, online MBA classes will have no more than 25 students to ensure students have ample interaction with faculty.
