Master of Business Administration - Accounting Specialization

As a Saint Leo University MBA student, you will gain a deeper understanding of the key functional areas of business. Courses focus on managing the complex interactions between these functions when defining and solving real-world business problems. In addition to the development of analytical tools, emphasis is placed on leadership, communications, teamwork, ethics, and the skills for managing diversity. Our Accounting Concentration offers particularly deep exposure to contemporary issues in finance and accounting. The Accounting Concentration will serve the needs of students who wish to develop strong finance and advanced accounting skills. The program will not necessarily prepare you directly for Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure, as CPA requirements vary by state, but your academic foundation in these disciplines will be solid if you proceed with the CPA exam.
