Benedictine University offers an Accounting concentration as an option in our distinguished online MBA program. An understanding of accounting combined with a business background will be in demand as organizations face increased audits and scrutiny of their finances and accounting practices. Holders of an MBA with a concentration in Accounting work as corporate accountants, internal auditors, cash managers, and controllers for many different types of organizations. They also enjoy greater job security, as an understanding of this specialized area is valuable even during economic downturns. The curriculum is made of 13 courses plus three concentration courses, for a total of 64 credit hours.
